Wiggly Worms – Science
Our Scareface Claw group have been reading about worm farms this week so we decided to make our own worm farms. Each table group lead by 2 Scareface Claw readers followed the instructions and made their own worm farm. Here are some photos from today. We are going to write about our worm hunt so watch out for some of our stories.
I love wiggly worms! They are so good at making compost for the garden. I might have to take my class on worm hunt! I look forward to reading some of your writing about the worms, here on your blog;)
I liked making the worm farms with blue group. I like worms! I wonder if they have eaten any of the apples.
Wow, what wonder wiggly worm writing (notice all my w words!). My son-in-law wants to get a worm farm, so I’ll tell him to come visit your farm next time he’s up north if he needs some expert advice. I hope your worms aren’t getting washed out with all this rain, though.
I loved making the worm farms and my aunty thinks my story about the worms is awesome. Lots of fun in Room 4.
Great to hear you were working together! I can’t wait to hear your stories about the worm hunt. I bet you had to go in some super smelly places to find those wily wriggly worms!
