Tena koutou tena koutou tena koutou katoa
The warm weather is upon us and the tamariki are enjoying the use of the pool to cool off.
Please make sure they bring their togs and towel every day to make the most of the weather.
Also please remember to send your child to school with a bucket hat to protect them from the sun.
There are bottles of sunscreen available for use in each classroom for the children to put on at each break time if they wish.
A number of people have asked about prizegiving this year.
Planning and preparations are underway for this but until we get more guidance from the Government about the traffic light system and what this means for schools we cannot share any details with you yet.
We will continue to follow the guidelines from the Ministry of Education which is supported by the Ministry of Health around gatherings and numbers.
Last day of term 4 – just a reminder that school will close at 12pm on Tuesday 14th December.

Unfortunately we have to ask that they not be brought to school as children are swapping and trading them. This is causing a lot of disruption to learning times as teachers try to sort out the problems which develop.
